All Gorilla Locking Rod Rack products manufactured by Bowline Products have a Limited Five Year Warranty, to be free from significant deviations in materials, workmanship and within the boundaries set forth in this warranty statement. The manufacturer will, at their sole discretion, correct the product problem or replace the product.

This warranty shall not apply to product problems resulting from:

1. Improper installation.

2. Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

3. Operation outside of the approved specifications of the product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. 

Bowline Products shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. In no event shall Bowline Products be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of rods and reels and related fishing equipment, loss of profits or loss of time) resulting from a failure of Gorilla Locking Rod Rack product. 

In all cases, Bowline Products liability will be limited to the original cost of the Gorilla Locking Rod Rack product in question. No employee or agent of Bowline Products has the authority to modify the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Bowline Products.  

Bowline Products reserves the right to make product improvements at any time without responsibility or obligation to make similar changes or add similar improvements on Gorilla Locking Rod Rack products prior to those changes.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Enclosed with each Gorilla Locking Rod Rack product is a warranty registration card. This card must be filled out with the owner's name, address, email, telephone number, serial number and model number of the Gorilla Locking Rod Rack product and be returned to Bowline Products within one month of purchase.
