The
Gorilla Locking Rod Rack model TR02 securely holds two trolling
(conventional) rod/reel combinations. From small inshore casting
reels to offshore trolling reels in the 50-wide class, the TR02
accommodates virtually all reels currently in production.*
The
TR02 fits in the existing gunwale pockets of most vessels, making
it easy to retrofit the existing 'no frills' rod storage to have
locking capability (17 3/4 inches minimum gunwale height
required).
Additionally,
the compact design of the TR02 model allows it to be mounted in
smaller areas. Overhead, the TR02 is perfect for mounting on
the outer edges of a T-top. Mounted vertically, it will fit
on the front or sides or most center consoles.
The
body, locking bar, rod tip/rod butt support and all mounting
hardware are included. The actual lock is not included.

Materials:
The
body is a cast made of a marine grade aluminum alloy.
The locking bar is machined from 316L stainless
steel.
All metal components
are coated in tough, weather resistant Nylon thermoplastics,
protecting rods and reels from damage, inhibiting corrosion, and
minimizing noise while underway. Aluminum body is further protected by an Iridite 14.2
treatment (similar to anodizing) prior to plastic encasement.
Included mounting
hardware is high quality, marine-grade, stainless steel.
